Hartmann WPC Decking End Piece 8cm long V1.0

I have revised the original model to fit the WPC decking purchased from Baywa.

Baywa sells Hartmann decking.

The changes concern the alignment and size of the model. The groove in the board is 5mm wide and approx. 7mm deep.

The holder engages in the lower part of the groove. The holder is approx. 1.6cm high.

When mounted on both sides, it holds the board in place. In conjunction with my connectors, my raised bed border holds very well.

I made the holder 8cm long, which gives me flexibility. The board is 14.5cm wide, no problem.

A few more models for the Hartmann decking are coming.

I realized that the part is too weakly dimensioned for my application.

For the second raised bed, I had a different initial situation, fewer options for screwing (due to metal frame) and generally less contact surface. Therefore, I made the lower part of the holder 5mm thick for the contact surface. But the side was designed too weakly; during today's test, the groove guide broke off quickly. Therefore, there is V2, stronger, more stable, and more resilient.
