Description
The The Beatles were one of the most influential and successful bands in music history. The group was formed in Liverpool in 1960. The four members were John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr.
The Beatles became famous around the world in the 1960s because of their catchy songs, creative songwriting, and energetic performances. Their early hits included songs like “Love Me Do,” “She Loves You,” and “I Want to Hold Your Hand.” Later, they created more experimental and artistic albums such as Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and Abbey Road.
The band changed modern music in many ways. They experimented with new recording techniques, mixed different musical styles, and inspired countless artists around the world. Their popularity became so huge that people called it “Beatlemania.”
