Description
This is my barrel piggy bank!
Save your coins with style and smile every time you throw some coins in it!
Print profile:
I set the print profile up with the intention to find the sweetspot between printing time, quality and stability.
It woulb be possible to print with only two walls to save print time but the outcome would be a model that is not as stable! Think about when the barrel is full of coins, it needs some stability then.
Filament:
PLA should be sufficient here. I used Bambu PLA basic brown.
Tools needed:
Take some of your preferred glue. CA glue works best in my opinion.
Assembly:
Threw the two parts together. Every ring has a bigger diameter on one side. Take the biggest ring and slide it over the barrel, the side with the bigger diameter facing towards the middle of the barrel. Then pull the ring toward the recess with your fingertips untill it snaps in place. Repeat the steps with the smaller rings and then finish the other side. If the rings move to much, then use a drop of your preferred glue.
The tap needs to be glued in place. See the exploded view.
