Description
This heavy duty replacement flag pole wall mount was designed to be much thicker and stronger than typical mounts. It features a 27mm opening that works well with most flag poles ranging from 3/4" to 1" in diameter. The mount includes two pole positions, including a second angled opening that can be used for a half staff display. A 1/4"-20 thumb screw or bolt can be installed to securely lock the flag pole in place and help prevent movement in windy conditions.
For best outdoor durability, print this mount using a UV resistant filament such as PETG, ASA, or ABS. The mount installs using four pan head screws. I recommend printing with 4 walls and 50% infill for a strong and durable part, although the infill percentage can be adjusted depending on your specific strength requirements and application.
Please share photos of your prints! If anyone has a better cover photo I can use for this model, I would really appreciate it. Mine is located in a high location where it is hard to get good photos.
