Case for 20 loose cigarettes and various lighters (clipper, Bic…)

Overview:

This 3D printable case is designed to securely hold a standard Clipper or Bic lighter along with 20 cigarettes.

Features:

• Closure: no closing mechanism, due to 10*3mm magnets inserted inside the cigarette pack itself, during printing at the programmed pause. It provides smooth and elegant tactile feedback and ensures the case remains closed during transport. 
• Ergonomic design: The case is contoured for a comfortable grip, with smooth edges and a compact form factor suitable for pockets or bags.
• Robust construction: Designed for FDM 3D printing, the case is sturdy and can withstand daily use.

Print recommendations:

• Material: PLA for durability and ease of printing.
• Layer height: 0.2 mm for an optimal balance between detail and print time.
• Supports:  Supports only needed in the joint area and the inner part. 
• Infill: 5% for a robust yet lightweight structure.

Assembly:

After printing, minimal assembly is required. 

• Required tools: Lighter and 70 mm of filament of the same color, or a different color for chromatic effect.

• Procedure: Insert the filament. Connect the two parts together. Insert the filament into the aligned holes (if difficult, sand or trim with a utility knife), leaving 3-4 millimeters at the ends. Heat one end, before it melts, hold the other end still and use the lighter to press the heated filament onto the hinge. Repeat on the other flap.
