Overview:

This 3D printable case is designed to securely hold a standard clipper lighter along with a pack of 20 cigarettes.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: PLA for durability and ease of printing.
• Layer height: 0.2 mm for an optimal balance between detail and print time.
• Supports: No supports needed.
• Infill: 5% for a sturdy but lightweight structure.

Assembly:

After printing, minimal assembly is required.

• Tools required: Lighter and 70 mm of filament of the same color, or a different color for a chromatic effect.

• Procedure: Insert the filament. Connect the two parts together. Insert the filament into the aligned holes (if difficult, sand or pare with a utility knife), leaving 3-4 millimeters at the ends. Heat one end until it's about to melt, hold the other end still, and with the lighter, press the heated filament onto the hinge. Repeat on the other flap.
