This profile has been optimized and tested to ensure the best balance between aesthetics and structural stability:
Configuration: Tested on 0.4 mm nozzle.
Layer Height: 0.20 mm (optimal for retaining facial and clothing details).
Speed: Reduced for outer walls for a smooth surface finish and no ghosting.
Supports: Pre-configured Tree (Slim) supports. They are positioned to support the scimitar and the lower edge of the shield, ensuring safe removal without stressing thin parts.
Infill: 10-15% (more than sufficient for these dimensions).
Removal Tip: For the scimitar, I recommend removing the supports with modeling cutters rather than by hand, to avoid any bending of the figurine's arm.
