QuinLED An-Penta-Plus / Deca DIN Mount
Print Profile(2)

Description
Overview
A 3D-printable DIN rail adapter for QuinLED An-Penta-Plus and An-Penta-Deca aluminum-enclosure LED controllers. The current v2 design is a rigid slide-on sleeve tuned around the Mean Well PGG2TS35-7.5-300 TS-35/7.5 rail profile. The controller mounts flat against the rail with terminals facing up and down for clean wiring.
Features
Slides onto standard TS-35/7.5 DIN rail. Case keyholes are engaged by 4x M4 screws and gravity locked. The mount consumes about 28mm of rail length, leaving the rest of the rail free. It is a single printed adapter with no multi-part assembly. Parametric OpenSCAD source is included.
Hardware required
4x M4x16 socket head cap screws, 4x M4 hex nuts, and 1x printed adapter.
Recommended X1C ABS profile: current v2 sleeve, Bambu ABS, 0.20mm Strength, 6 walls, 25% cubic infill, no supports, 5mm brim.
X1C PLA Basic profile: same v2 geometry for people who do not have ABS. Use it in cool indoor enclosures; choose ABS or ASA for warm panels or long-term high-temperature service. Avoid PLA Matte.
Raw STL is included for non-Bambu slicers. Print flat on the front face, about 20mm tall, with the clips facing up. No supports.
Install
Insert the M4 hex nuts into the pockets on the back of the adapter. Thread M4x16 screws from the front with about 5mm protruding. Slide the adapter onto a DIN rail from one end. Lift the QuinLED about 6mm, align the keyhole circles with the screw heads, push the case onto the studs, then release. Gravity drops the case so the screws engage the keyhole slot.
