Saving My Large Brick Blocks! DIY Replacement Screwdriver 3D Printed Model

You know the struggle! The expensive large brick block set I bought, the original screwdriver broke right off at the handle connection point because my child twisted it too hard😭

I thought the entire block set was ruined, and after searching the whole internet and major 3D printing communities, I couldn't find a single usable replacement screwdriver model. No choice, I had to make one myself!

I spent some time modeling and made a replacement that looks similar to the original. To avoid repeating the same mistake, I specifically optimized it for strength:

• The screwdriver tip, connecting rod, and handle connection points, which are most prone to breaking, all used 75% high infill
• For the main body of the handle, 15% infill is enough, making it both light and material-efficient

Personally tested, it fits perfectly, and now the blocks can be played with again! Sharing this with friends who have the same problem, so you no longer have to waste an entire toy set because of one small part～
