Turn ordinary popsicle sticks into a reusable hands on STEM building system with the Stick Together STEM Craft Stick Connectors 20mm.

This starter set is designed for classroom engineering challenges, makerspaces, homeschool activities, STEM centres, early finishers, and creative building time. Students can build towers, bridges, frames, shapes, structures, and their own inventions using simple craft sticks and 3D printed connectors.

This first release includes the 20 mm connector size, designed to fit 2 standard craft sticks for stronger and more stable builds.

What is included

This starter set includes the 20 mm versions of the core connectors:

• Straight connector, for extending craft sticks into longer beams
• 90 degree corner connector, for squares, frames, towers, and box shapes
• T connector, for supports, branches, and structure building
• 3 way connector, for stronger posts
• Multi angle hub connector, for creative structures, angles, and open ended building challenges

Teacher tip

Print several of each connector, add a bin of craft sticks, and challenge students to build:

• the tallest tower
• the strongest bridge
• a structure that can stand on its own
• a shape with right angles
• a creative invention
• a structure that uses every connector type

Bright colours make the connectors easier to sort and manage in the classroom. This is also a great way to use leftover filament.

Print notes

These connectors were designed for standard craft sticks. Since craft stick thickness can vary slightly by brand, you may need to adjust scaling slightly for the best fit.

For classroom use, I recommend printing multiple copies of each connector so students can build larger structures and collaborate in small groups.
