Description
F-35 Lightning Glider
This is the F-35 Lightning Glider a lightweight stable glider coming in at just 12 grams. I took inspiration from the Lockheed Martin F-35 for the design.
It's easy to print, and print in place for no assembly, and only takes 30 min!!
The glider is designed to have an optimal center of mass for the best gliding experience staying stable in the air.
To properly throw thew plane grab it at the tail and throw lightly and straight for a proper glide.
After printing I recommend waiting for the print bed to fully cool down before removing the glider to ensure it comes off smoothly without breaking or warping as the wings are very thin and delicate.
If you plan on NOT using my Print Profile it is VERY IMPORTANT that your print Settings are 15% infill with 2 walls at 0.2mm layer height. This ensures the right center of mass for gliding.
