Description
Simple CNC dust shield system to protect rails, guides, and screws from chips and dust.
Tested on a Genmitsu 4040 Pro Max.
The system uses:
- 6 printed supports
- 2 x 3 mm panels
- an alignment guide included
Support dimensions:
- height: 45 mm
- width: 50 mm
- depth: 45 mm
Compatible with:
- MDF
- plywood
- plexiglass
- polycarbonate
No DXF files for the panels are included because each CNC has different dimensions.
The panels can be easily cut according to your machine and desired protection height.
Modifications possible upon request.
