The pop-up sprinkler is designed to be buried (the pictures and video, of course, do not yet show it in the intended installation position ;-))
The sprinkler automatically extends when the water is turned on. After shutting off, it must be manually pushed back down as no spring is installed
All components are included on the print plate, including nozzle pieces with 90°, 180°, 270°, and 360° spray angles, as well as connectors for attaching a hose coupling or a hose with a 16 mm inner diameter
Printing should be done with a calibrated printer using high-quality settings to ensure optimal function. It would also be optimal to sand down the seam on the riser pipe. It will then extend even more easily
A slightly better spray pattern is achieved when printing with a 0.2 mm nozzle
Required accessories
- O-ring seal size R-20 (inner diameter 26.5 mm x thickness 3.55 mm)
Assembly
- Screw component 1 onto the thread of component 2 wrapped with sealing tape
- Insert seal into the groove between component 1 and 2
- Insert component 3 from above, insert component 4 from below, and screw together by turning component 3
- Wrap component 5 with sealing tape and screw into component 2
- Screw desired nozzle piece 6 into component 3
Finally, wrap the desired connector piece with sealing tape and screw it into component 2
