Description
This is a replacement tyre for the Flymo 1200R robot mower.
After about 10 years of solid use the tyres on our 1200R had disintegrated. You can only buy replacement wheels for £30 each so I thought I'd print one out of TPU.
Other models are available, but they all require support to print, so I developed my own that does not. This design is a tight fit, but goes on if you are careful- its good to have a second pair of hands helping. I've included a few different inner diameter sizes (170.2, 170.7, 171.2) as there is some variation. I recommend printing in Bambu Lads ‘TPU for AMS’ which is a good balance of flexibility and durability.
A fully parameterised Fusion360 model is included if you need to change dimensions further.
