Description
BGE705-compatible power seat adjuster gear set for repairing broken plastic gears inside certain GM power seat mechanisms.
Applicable vehicles:
- Chevrolet Tahoe: 2007–2014
- GMC Yukon: 2007–2014
This replacement 3D printable gear is designed for BGE705-style seat adjuster motor repairs.
Please compare the gear dimensions, bore size, tooth count, and width with your original broken part before installation, as seat motor versions may vary.
This is not an OEM or official GM/Chevrolet/GMC part.
Recommended printing:
• Use heat-resistant engineering material. I used PA12-CF / PA6-CF.
• PLA / PETG is not recommended.
• A 0.4 mm nozzle works perfectly fine.
• Print slowly and test fit before final use.
