The Design

This high-visibility, 4mm-thick soldier silhouette is built to last.

• Safety & Contrast: The classic, vibrant Red plastic provides maximum contrast against standard mailboxes, ensuring the mail carrier won’t miss your outgoing mail.
• Reinforced Integrity: I’ve added a solid infill to the leg-gap and thickened the mounting base to 4mm. This ensures the flag is robust enough to handle high wind or daily use without snapping at the "ankles."
• Universal Fit: This upload includes two separate versions to fit almost any mailbox. Measure your current mounting hardware before printing:
  • 7mm Hole: Perfect for standard 1/4" mounting bolts.
  • 10mm Hole: Designed for heavy-duty or older vintage mailbox hardware.

Printing Tips

• Material: For best results and UV resistance against the sun, I recommend ASA or PETG. PLA works great for seasonal use!
• Settings: 3-4 walls and at least 15% infill will make this part extremely sturdy.
• No Supports Needed: This model prints flat on the bed for a clean, professional finish.
