Print Settings

To ensure the part can handle mechanical stress, I recommend the following specifications:

• Filament: PETG (Recommended for its impact resistance and slight flexibility).
• Infill: 30% (Provides a solid internal structure).
• Walls: 5 Wall Loops (Crucial for strength around the handle attachment points).
• Supports: Normal Supports enabled.

Assembly Instructions

The handle for this model is repurposed from a standard wire coat hanger.

1. Prepare the wire: Cut a section of a metal coat hanger to the desired length.
2. Form the handle: Bend the wire to match the attachment points on the printed part.
3. Install: Insert the wire ends into the designated slots.

Why these settings?

Using 5 walls and PETG ensures that the plastic won't crack when the wire handle is under tension. This makes it perfect for heavy-duty use or outdoor environments where PLA might become too brittle.
