Description

The B-HITCH is a modular quick-release ecosystem. This module snaps directly onto the B-HITCH base, allowing you to swap out your carry gear or remove the tool entirely without unthreading your belt.

This is designed with a precision fit and engineered specifically for the Leatherman Wave/Wave+ frame.

Pivot-Release. The tool is held securely by friction and geometry. To deploy, push through the access hole on the underside to pivot the tool out of the holster.

Designed to sit tight against the body to prevent snagging.

Print Recommendations

  • Material: PETG, ASA, or Nylon (Avoid PLA as the clip tabs may snap or fatigue over time I persoanally used PETG-CF).
  • Walls: 3+ Wall Loops.
  • Infill: 20% (Gyroid).
  • Tree supports.

Usage

  1. Snap the holster module onto your B-HITCH belt clip.
  2. Insert the Leatherman until seated.
  3. To remove the tool: Use your index finger to push through the bottom cutout, pivoting the tool upward for easy grip.

Please let me know if there is something you would like to see altered or changed to the design, I am also keen to know if there is an attachment you would want featured on the B-HITCH system.
