Description
The removable license plate holder was specially developed for Swiss mopeds and fits universally on all common mopeds. Thanks to its clever design, the license plate can be removed in seconds – completely without tools and without additional parts like a cotter pin or wire.
The license plate is guided by a precise dovetail groove and secured with an integrated snap-fit. The mechanism holds securely even with strong vibrations and high speeds. To release the license plate, simply pull the snap-fit outwards and slide the license plate out – done. The snap-fit is deliberately discreetly placed so that it is not immediately obvious from the outside that the holder is removable.
The holder can be mounted in two ways: For mopeds with a taillight that would be in the way, it can be oriented so that the license plate is pulled out downwards. However, we recommend mounting it upwards – this way the license plate is even more securely attached and less easy to remove.
The license plate is easily attached to the holder with screws – thanks to integrated threaded inserts, it can be screwed in cleanly and firmly without the threads wearing out.
