Modern Bicycle Stand – Robust & Easy to Assemble

Product Description

Modern and stable bicycle stand for bikes up to 29 inches. The construction is very robust and ideal for daily use. All components are simply slotted into each other and then screwed together.

For complete assembly, a total of 40 BT 2.6 screws from Bambu Lab are required.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

You need parts VR and VL (Image 1).

The parts can be easily slid into each other. Please ensure that the parts are assembled correctly.

Then repeat the process with parts HR and HL.

For the connection, you need a total of 4 screws.

Step 2

Now the feet (component 4) can be mounted (Image 2).

First, insert the screw through the hole. Then you can slide the foot over the centering groove (Images 3 and 4).

For this step, you need 4 screws.

Step 3

Component 3 and parts VL + VR can now be connected.

Secure the connection with 4 screws (Images 5 and 6).

Step 4

You need component 3 and 2 pieces of component 1.

The parts can be simply slid into each other and then secured with 4 screws.

Step 5

You need part 6 and 2x component 5.

Insert the parts into each other and then screw them together with 2 screws on the left and right sides.

Step 6

Connect parts 5 and HR + HL.

The parts are screwed together with 2 screws.

Step 7

Insert parts 1 and 5 into each other.

Then the parts are screwed together with 4 screws.

Step 8

You need:

6 pieces of component 1

1 piece of component 2

Insert all parts into each other and screw everything together.

For this step, you need 12 screws.

Finally, you can connect component 3 with component 1 and secure it with 4 screws.

Total screws needed

40 × BT 2.6 screws from Bambu Lab

You need a total of 925g PETG-HF, but it's worth it.
