High-Torque T-Handle Pin Vise & Hand Drill (Modular System)
Expand your 3D-printed tool collection with this heavy-duty, high-torque T-handle! This model is the latest addition to my Modular Tool ecosystem, designed specifically for tasks that require extra twisting force, such as manual drilling, tapping, chamfering, or driving stubborn screws.

This handle is fully compatible with the collet clamping mechanism from my previous Modular Screwdriver/Jig Saw model. However, this release introduces a brand new set of collets specifically designed to securely grip round drill bits of various diameters, up to 10mm!
To keep everything organized, this project also includes a sleek, custom-designed storage box with a sliding lid that holds up to 13 different collets.

Printing Instructions:
- No Supports Required: All parts are designed to print flat and cleanly without support material.
- Material: PETG, ABS, or Tough PLA are highly recommended for the handle to withstand heavy twisting forces.
- Multicolor Design: The two-tone look on the handle and the storage box lid can be easily achieved with a simple "Pause at height" (color change) command in your slicer. No AMS/MMU required!
- Infill: 12-20% infill (Honeycomb or Gyroid) for the handle and locking nut to ensure maximum structural strength. 10-20% is sufficient for the storage box.
- Walls/Perimeters: Use at least 3 walls for the handle and threaded parts for optimal rigidity.
