This is an integrated desktop charging station enclosure designed for the CukTech No. 10 Ultra charger, which addresses the pain points of high-power charger overheating, messy cables, and scattered desktop charging devices, creating a minimalist desktop solution that integrates fast charging, storage, and wireless charging
🔧 Key Design Details
- Extreme Heat Dissipation Optimization
- The enclosure features numerous hollow vents around its body, and the charger body is suspended, creating a natural convection airflow channel that significantly reduces heat buildup during prolonged high-power output, preventing down-frequency protection triggered by high temperatures
- Integrated Charging Solution
- Built-in 3 retractable charging cables correspond to the charger's C1/C2/C3 ports, eliminating desktop cable clutter, allowing for pull-out use, and convenient storage
- A magnetic suction slot is reserved on the top surface for attaching a Huawei Watch wireless charger (which has its own magnetic suction at the bottom); only one additional 6×2mm strong magnet is needed for fixing, achieving integrated wireless charging for watches
- Print and Assembly Friendly
- Adopts a two-piece mortise and tenon structure design, requiring no glue or screws; simply snap together after printing for immediate use
- The total filament is only 154g, and print time is approximately 5 hours, making it friendly to both equipment and filament costs
- Recommended to print with PETG material, as its heat resistance and toughness are more suitable for long-term desktop use, but PLA can also be used for printing based on needs
