Part Description

I. Top Cover (If only exhaust is needed and no internal dust filtration, it can be omitted. Without the top cover, the external fan should be turned up to create negative pressure, otherwise, odors will still escape)

To facilitate observing the engraving process, the top cover is cut out. You can print a square sheet from the print profile using transparent material and glue it to the top of the model after printing (It is recommended to find the transparent material print profile provided by Bambu Lab for better light transmission. The current profile produces a frosted sheet). Alternatively, you can cut a transparent acrylic sheet yourself (which has excellent light transmission). Recommended sheet size: 122mm x 122mm (must not be smaller than 110mm x 110mm, otherwise it cannot be glued to the main body)

II. Exhaust Duct

Circular exhaust duct outer diameter: 78mm, compatible with 80mm diameter exhaust pipe (aluminum foil duct or PVC flexible duct)

III. Square Air Inlet Filter Screen (If only exhaust is needed and no internal dust filtration, it can be omitted)

The air inlet of the main body is hollowed out. First, print the square mesh filter screen from the print profile (a modifier is used to save printing time; the mesh effect will only be visible after slicing on the computer), insert it into the square air inlet of the main body, and then insert some activated carbon filter cotton inside the filter screen

Optional Third-Party Accessories

1. Glue, for adhering the transparent top cover to the top of the model (not needed if the top cover is not installed)

2. Activated carbon filter cotton (if no filtration is needed at the air inlet, it is not required, and the square filter screen also does not need to be printed)

Filament Recommendation

Print with black material to reduce light interference and improve the quality of engraved products (AI's answer, not tested in practice)
