Cyrano de Bergerac – Bust
French
This sculptural interpretation of Cyrano de Bergerac pays tribute to one of the most iconic characters in French literature. Inspired by Edmond Rostand's work, this bust captures all the nobility, intelligence, and melancholy of the famous Gascon poet and swordsman.
The model highlights the character's most recognizable features: his legendary long nose, his fine mustache, his elegant beard, and his wavy hair typical of 17th-century depictions. The whole has been reworked in a sculptural style with powerful and readable volumes, designed to offer a strong presence once 3D printed.
This creation does not seek to reproduce a specific actor or adaptation, but offers a faithful interpretation of the character's spirit: proud, romantic, brilliant, and tragic all at once. The historical clothing and wide drapes reinforce his aristocratic appearance while maintaining a robust construction suitable for FDM printing.
The work on accented shapes and simplified details allows for an elegant and expressive rendering, faithful to the aesthetic of classical busts while remaining perfectly suited to the world of 3D printing.

This sculptural interpretation of Cyrano de Bergerac pays tribute to one of the most iconic characters in French literature. Inspired by Edmond Rostand’s famous play, this bust captures the nobility, intelligence, and melancholy of the legendary poet and swordsman from Gascony.
The model highlights the character’s most recognizable features: his famous long nose, elegant thin mustache, refined beard, and wavy 17th-century hairstyle. The entire piece has been redesigned with bold sculptural volumes and clean readable forms to create a strong visual presence once 3D printed.
Rather than reproducing a specific actor or adaptation, this creation offers a faithful interpretation of the spirit of the character: proud, romantic, brilliant, and tragic all at once. The historical clothing and large stylized drapery folds reinforce his aristocratic appearance while maintaining a sturdy structure suitable for FDM printing.
The emphasized forms and simplified details create an elegant and expressive result, faithful to the aesthetics of traditional classical busts while remaining perfectly suited for the world of 3D printing.

AI may be involved in certain stages of the creation process; however, all models are systematically corrected, optimized for 3D printing, and physically printed before being published.
