Fits
- MMDVM hotspot boards (standard Pi HAT)
- Nextion 3.5" displays (NX4832T035 / NX4832K035)
- Raspberry Pi 3 / 4 / 5 / Zero / Zero 2 W — dedicated mounting points for both full-size Pi and Zero footprints
Hardware Needed
Required:
- M2.5 x 4mm heat-set inserts
- M2.5 screws, ~6mm
Recommended:
- M2.5 x 11mm brass standoffs between the Pi and MMDVM HAT — makes the stack much more rigid
Insert count per side: 8 (or 12 if you want that side compatible with both Pi 3/4/5 and Pi Zero positions)
Print Notes
- No supports needed on the front face
- ASA or PETG recommended; 3MF has plates set up for both
- Matte or textured filament hides layer lines and gives it that pro rack-gear look
