Garage Door Cord Ramp: EV Charger, Extension Cords

A cord ramp that allows you to run your extension cord or EV charger outdoors while maintaining a seal and fully protecting the cord. Has feet for drainage and a curved sweep from garage height to ground height. Customizable. Very strong in PETG.

I modeled this for Dad before noticing a similar model posted here. I did some things differently and like my design, so figured I'd upload anyway. 

Parametric model, input your own dimensions as needed. Works within a wide standard range, see parameters below. Tolerances are factored into the model, input nominal dimensions. Inches are standard, need to include an mm in the dimension if working in millimeters. 

• Cord Diameter
  • Default is 0.65" for the Tesla charger extension this was modeled for.
  • Works all the way down to ¼", any smaller than that and this print is probably unnecessary.
• Depth: Should slightly exceed the thickness of the garage door
  • Default is 3", my garage door seal is a little more than 2.5" wide.
• LipHeight: height that the cord needs to come up to get into the garage
  • Default is ½".
• Width: The total width of the ramp. 
  • Max printable width for A/P/X-series print beds by default (~13.5"). Can be made shorter for squishier seals if desired, or longer for H-series printers.
