Description
Chamber Heater Mounting Plate for BambuLab P2S
This mounting plate allows for the secure installation of the Creality Chamber Heater inside the BambuLab P2S. The heater significantly improves printing of technical materials like ABS, ASA, or PA6-CF by minimizing warping through a controlled ambient temperature.
🛠 Required Accessories & Components:
- Heater: Creality Chamber Heater (available at AliExpress)
- Cover Plate (Bottom): I recommend this replacement cover plate from MakerWorld to neatly route the cables.
- Screws: * 3x M3*8 screws with washers (for mounting plate to the heater).
- The screws from the Bambu Scraper fit perfectly for mounting in the printer housing.
⚠️ IMPORTANT PRINTING NOTES:
- Material: The mounting plate absolutely must be printed in ABS or ASA! Conventional PLA or PETG would soften at the operating temperatures of the heater. I personally used ASA-CF to ensure maximum stability and heat resistance.
- Print Profile: Please use the PC slicer and do not print directly via the Bambu Handy App to ensure that the material settings (ASA/ABS) are correctly applied.
⚡️ Safety Notice:
Installation requires working with live wires (mains voltage). Please only perform the assembly if you have the necessary expertise. There is a risk of life-threatening electric shock and fire hazard if wiring is improper.
