Description

This is the STL for the frame of a DIY-Pullstarter for a Piaggio Moped (Ciao, Bravo, Si Boxer or any other Vehicle with the Piaggio-Moped-Motor-Design).

It grew out of the idea to create a low-price DIY Pullstarter especial for younger people, who started working on their own Piaggio-vehicles, and may have less money. SO with this frame they can build their own Pullstarter.

The Link for the Video of this Frame is here:

The full BOM is here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HXLKCUIzqRqN5esfbcL1Jptya9LGL_RIjsGfT9Ioa50/edit?usp=sharing

Depending on the thinkness and the version of your Moped you may need the Version for M6x55 spacer-bolts, or the version for the M6x60 spacer Bolts. You may also need some additional shims to get the perfect space between the pullstarter and the main nut.

This thing is also still work in progress, but well tested.
One of my prototypes was installed for the complete Summer of 2023 in my Piaggio Boyer. I made more tha 100 starts with it, and yet there are no signs of a defect.
