Bearing Tolerances
The correct tolerances can vary depending on your printer, filament, and many other factors, so I’ve included versions with different tolerances. I recommend using the bearing tolerance tester to find the best fit for your setup. Use the smallest tolerance that still allows free movement.
Rubber band size
I recommend using 1.4x20mm rubber band, or 1.4x16mm if you want more snappy feel. If you purchase them through the Bill of Materials, the cost is the same, and you support me in the process.
Assembly:
Add a drop of lube in the bearings to make them run smoother
To make assembling easier, press and twist the pins in place at a slight angle like you see in the video!
