Description
This model is primarily designed as a non-destructive modification Festool power adapter, making it convenient to plug directly into a Festool vacuum cleaner and power adapter plug
Accessories used:
1 Power socket as shown:
2 Two M3.5*14 screws, dimensions as shown
3 Two 1.5 sq mm power cables, terminal blocks, and heat shrink insulation sleeves
4 Printed part, the printed part is printed tilted with supports. To compensate for insufficient strength in the Z-axis direction after printing, the model print profile is dual-material support printing, which sacrifices some time but maximizes print quality. If you do not choose dual-material support, you can adjust the parameters yourself, but print quality cannot be guaranteed
The installation steps are simple. After unscrewing the three screws on the MT55cc handle to open it, remove the wire clamping screw and the live/neutral wire screws on the power switch
Install the printed part and the power socket. The power socket requires extended wires. The wiring process has a fool-proof design. Port "1" corresponds to the live wire, matching port "1" on the MT55cc's power switch
After connecting the quick-plug power, reinstall and test step by step following the disassembly procedure. Wishing you success on your first attempt
