Print Details
This version was printed using:
- Bambu Lab Brown PETG Translucent for the diffuser
- Bambu Lab White PLA Marble for the base
The translucent PETG produces an incredibly soft warm glow when illuminated and works especially well with warm white LEDs.
Assembly
The lamp is designed around available AliExpress LED modules with:
- Integrated rechargeable battery
- USB-C charging port secured in position with a dab of glue
- Capacitive touch dimming control secured in position with a dab of glue
- The LED panel/PCB is also secured with glue to the bottom 3D printed base
- The 3no Translucent diffusers are also held together with the application of glue
The electronics press-fit neatly into the base assembly and are secured with glue, keeping everything compact and clean without complicated wiring or soldering.

Printing Tips
- PETG Translucent gives the nicest lighting effect

Designer Notes
I wanted to create a lamp that looked commercially manufactured while still being easy for the MakerWorld community to print and assemble at home using inexpensive components. The goal was a warm, calming light with a clean architectural form and minimal visible hardware.
