Nintendo Ds Phat/Original GB cartridge cover

I recommend printing this on some sort of smooth plate (I used a cool plate). The cover's going to rub against the cartridge slot so you don't want it to have a textured surface finish.

Remixed model: I just took the best parts of both remixed models. One had a nicer looking cover but it didn't fit at all while the other fit really nice but didn't look as good.
