Kein Grund, den Kopf (oder den Spender) hängen zu lassen! Diese schlichte, aber effektive Ersatzspitze sorgt dafür, dass Desinfektionsmittel oder Seife wieder sauber und präzise dosiert werden.Dieses Modell ist ein Paradebeispiel für die Nützlichkeit des 3D-Drucks: Ein kleines Teil mit großer Wirkung, das in wenigen Minuten gedruckt ist und teure Ersatzkäufe überflüssig macht.<h3>Warum dieses Design?</h3><ul><li>Perfekte Passform: Speziell als Aufsatz für die Dermados-Serie entwickelt.</li><li>Saubere Dosierung: Die Geometrie ist so optimiert, dass die Flüssigkeit kontrolliert austritt, ohne zu spritzen.</li><li>Minimalistischer Aufwand: Das Design ist extrem &#34;druckfreundlich&#34; – wenig Materialverbrauch, maximale Stabilität.</li></ul><h3>Druck-Empfehlungen</h3>Das Modell ist so konzipiert, dass es schnell und ohne Komplexität auf deinem Bambu Lab Drucker (P1S oder A1) realisiert werden kann.<ul><li>Material-Wahl:<ul><li>PETG: Meine klare Empfehlung. Es ist chemisch beständiger gegenüber den Inhaltsstoffen von Desinfektionsmitteln und Seifenlösungen als PLA.</li><li>ASA/ABS: Ebenfalls sehr gut geeignet, falls eine besonders hohe Langlebigkeit gewünscht ist.</li><li>PLA sollte auch kein Problem sein</li></ul></li><li>Schichthöhe: 0.16 mm oder 0.20 mm für ein glattes Finish im Inneren der Düse.</li><li>Wichtig ist ein Brim für die Druckbetthaftung</li><li>Tipp: Achte darauf, dass dein Filament trocken ist (z. B. im Sunlu Trockner), damit die Innenwände der Spitze absolut glatt werden – das verhindert das spätere Verkleben von Seifenresten.</li></ul><h3>Montage</h3>Einfach die alte oder defekte Spitze abziehen und das neue Druckteil fest auf den Auslass des Spenders drücken. Durch die präzise Passform hält die Spitze mechanisch fest und ist sofort einsatzbereit.&nbsp;Viel Erfolg beim Drucken und beim Reparieren!

This simple but effective replacement tip ensures that disinfectant or soap is dispensed cleanly and precisely again.This model is a prime example of the utility of 3D printing: a small part with a big impact that prints in minutes and eliminates the need for expensive replacement purchases.<h3>Why this Design?</h3><ul><li>Perfect Fit: Specifically designed as an attachment for the Dermados series.</li><li>Clean Dispensing: The geometry is optimized so that the liquid exits in a controlled manner without splashing.</li><li>Minimal Effort: The design is extremely &#34;print-friendly&#34; – low material consumption, maximum stability.</li></ul><h3>Print Recommendations</h3>The model is designed to be quickly and easily realized on your Bambu Lab printer (P1S or A1).<ul><li>Material Choice:<ul><li>PETG: My clear recommendation. It is chemically more resistant to the ingredients of disinfectants and soap solutions than PLA.</li><li>ASA/ABS: Also very suitable if particularly high durability is desired.</li><li>PLA should also not be a problem</li></ul></li><li>Layer Height: 0.16 mm or 0.20 mm for a smooth finish inside the nozzle.</li><li>A brim for bed adhesion is important</li><li>Tip: Make sure your filament is dry (e.g., in a Sunlu dryer) so that the inner walls of the tip become absolutely smooth – this prevents soap residue from sticking later.</li></ul><h3>Assembly</h3>Simply remove the old or defective tip and firmly press the new printed part onto the dispenser's outlet.
