Short History of These Pokémon

These Pokémon represent some of the most beloved and memorable designs across multiple generations. Starting with Gastly, Haunter, and Koffing from the original Kanto region (Generation I), known for their ghostly and poisonous natures that terrified and amused trainers alike. Psyduck and Cubone quickly became fan favorites thanks to their hilarious and tragic backstories — one suffering constant headaches, the other carrying the skull of its deceased mother.

Magikarp, despite being considered one of the weakest Pokémon, earned legendary status through its incredible evolution into the powerful Gyarados. Later generations brought even more depth: Gardevoir (Generation III) became a symbol of loyalty and psychic power, Slaking introduced the concept of the ultimate couch-potato Pokémon with immense hidden strength, and Lucario (also Generation IV) won hearts with its cool design, steel/fighting typing, and ability to sense auras.
