8.5in Frisbee Toy (Woohoo! Summer is coming!!!)

I know I usually make functional stuff and doohickeys; though this one I can't help but share, I've just been whipping it off my deck into the backyard lol

I hope you all enjoy this frisbee model, with summer around the corner I think it's about time I get into making some fun stuff

I have a few other iterations, some don't love printing the edges, some don't mind.  I'm going to release only the one that prints perfectly without supports.  More pictures coming soon, I'm printing the final version right now (in 70% scale for testing) and will put up some pictures and videos of that one.  I removed the painted text and added cutout text on the final version so you don't need multiple colours or anything.  

The flight edge is beveled to increase vertical lift and the top edge is beveled less to decrease the strength of forces pushing down and balance flight.

This should be a pretty high performance frisbee lol

If this one is a hit, I'll take a chance on releasing the slightly harder to print one.  In the pictures of the red/white glossy one you may notice some of the edges are rough, that's where I was having troubles with a radius coming off the build plate.  This should be solved in the newest iteration :)

NOTE: The red/white frisbee in the photos is scaled down to 80% and was coated with a high gloss PPG polyurethane clearcoat.  I used the clearcoat to fix the rough edges on the first iteration of the model.  This shouldn't be a requirement on the newest iterations and the newest iterations are at full scale (8.5in).  You can scale to fit any build plate you'd like.
