Here is a model of a very detailed handle for a pool noodle sword. I was walking around a craft fair with my kids this past weekend and there was a guy selling a pretty plain version of a pool noodle sword. He was selling them for $10 a piece and of course my kids had to have them so I bought two. I thought this was a pretty good profit product because there is a dollar or so in filament and a $1 pool noodle that had been cut in half. so if he is making $10 on them $8.50 is profit. So many kids at the fair had them. I wanted to make a much more detailed version of this handle so I designed this up. It should fit most available pool noodles. I got mine from dollar general. This can also be scaled up or down to fit whatever size noodles you can find. I shared the STL version of this model so you can print it based on your needs. My print profile is a balance of print speed and quality. If you download the stl you can make adjustments for quicker printing and better quality.
