Soldering Iron Holder Triangular for Threading Chuck
Print Profile(2)

Description
Since I couldn't find anything suitable for my soldering iron or pyrography pen, I designed a holder for my pneumatic tapping machine using Fusion360
After printing, heat-set an M4 threaded insert on the inside and outside, then insert a grub screw from the outside through the first insert to secure the soldering iron. Next, enlarge the vertical 4.9mm hole to 5mm with a reamer or drill bit and insert a pin ⌀5mm (I used an ejector pin) approximately 80mm long – you might want to grind a square end, similar to a tap – and secure it with a second grub screw. Finally, insert it into an M5 threaded chuck insert
I will also upload a second version for use in a drill chuck with bench or pillar drills
For the soldering iron, I found this on Amazon: ChiliTec 19116 Soldering Iron
I would appreciate every 👍 or Boost
