Description

This 3D printed bending jig is designed to shape a 6mm Nylon or POM rod into the correct form for my Lean Angle Anti-Scratch Bars for the Losi Promoto.

The jig helps create a precise and repeatable bend while also slightly flattening the rod shape. Instead of remaining perfectly round, the contact surface becomes more angular, which significantly increases the sliding surface during extreme lean angles.

  • Longer lifespan compared to simply bending a round 6mm rod

The result is a much more durable lean bar setup, especially for track use and aggressive riding.
