I designed this as a cheap solution to the wind buffeting noise when the window is open at speed, I have a 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman but this should fit other models including the 981 and 991 generation Porsche's. I have tested it at speed and it works well.
This should be printed standing up with 0.12 layer height for aesthetic quality in PETG, ABS or ASA. Carbon fibre filaments can help hide layer lines and make a better overall looking part.
10th June 2026 - I have added 2 new files for a version where the edges are curved over - this should reduce some noise from the air but still stop the buffeting. There is an additional print profile for this.
