DJI O4 Pro antenna shortening aid (2 Jigs)

Heyo

This is a simple design to help you shortening the sleeve of the DJI O4 Pro antenna so you can mount it to the sides of your drone.

Step1:

Insert the antenna into the first printed jig and use a sharp utility knife to cut the antenna to the required length. I like to use some pressure on the knife and turn the antenna around its axis.

If it is not 100% cut - dont worry - just moove it a little around and it will come off.
 

! My Jig is set to 18 mm to fit this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7334355. If you need another length you can scale the model (only Z axis) or mark the O4 Pro antenna sleeve and insert it into the jig until you see the mark.!

Step2: 

Insert the shortened sleeve into the second jig and cut off its side wall. (I designed 2 similar jigs for this set. I used the one on the first build plate)


Now you should be able to easily remoove it and you are done :)

! If you want to cut off a larger piece than I did - You can scale the model in z direction to enlarge it. shorter pieces should be no problem.!
