A modular storage case designed for straight-handle electric screwdrivers and their accessories. The main compartment fits straight-handle screwdrivers with a diameter of **30–42mm** and a length of **≤200mm**. The bit area uses swappable trays, so you can pick and print only the modules you need to match your own bit count and workflow.

Expandable: Swap in other trays (e.g., drill bits, extension shafts) to match your tool set.

Compatibility

 Electric screwdriver: diameter 30–42mm, length ≤200mm (straight-handle type)

 Bit capacity (example options):

  - Up to 42 × 25mm short bits

  - Or up to 21 × 50mm long bits

 You can also choose other module combinations and print the tray set that fits your needs


 

Metric Bit Spec (Hex Shank)

 

- Shank size: **6.35mm hex** (commonly marked as 1/4" Hex). The bit slots are designed for this standard.

- Bit length: supports **25mm** and **50mm** bits (with the corresponding tray versions).


 

 


 

Print Configuration Plates (File Set Breakdown)


 

Select the tray combination(s) you need and print only what matches your bit count.

 

- Plate 1: Storage case body

- Plate 2: Tray Combo A: screwdriver tray (Ø36–39mm) + bit tray (4 long bits + 24 short bits, tray length 160mm) + long-shaft tray (160mm) + small square box (50mm)

- Plate 3: Tray Combo B: screwdriver tray (Ø36–39mm) + bit tray (6 long bits + 30 short bits, tray length 210mm) + long-shaft tray (210mm)

- Plate 4: Stop-clips for different screwdriver diameters (choose the clip that matches your screwdriver diameter)

- Plate 5: Long-bit box (21 slots), tray length 210mm

- Plate 6: Short-bit box (42 slots), tray length 210mm

- Plate 7: Long-bit box (15 slots), tray length 160mm

- Plate 8: Short-bit box (30 slots), tray length 160mm


 

 Target fit is based on the design dimensions; different brands may vary due to rubber grips, buttons, or body shape. Printing one key part to test-fit first is recommended.

Printing Tips: As some parts of the model have a small contact surface with the heated bed, they may detach from the heated bed during the printing process. To increase the printing success rate, please clean the printing plate with dish soap and spray glue before printing. Using a low - temperature warming printing plate can significantly enhance the printing success rate.

 

Feel free to leave a comment if you have any suggestions or questions about the model. When problems occur, please tell apart whether the issue is caused by the model itself, the printer, the filament, or improper operation and installation on your own part. I will block users who blindly attribute printing failures to the model and leave a one-star rating simply because they are unable to troubleshoot and fix problems by themselves. Such behavior greatly undermines the efforts of open-source creators.
