The system uses a slide-based dovetail mechanism, designed to provide a strong, clean, and fully hidden connection between hexagonal modules.

Each module features:

  • an integrated female guide inside the wall
  • a separate male key insert that slides into the guide

Assembly is performed by inserting the key into the guide and sliding the modules laterally until fully seated.

The dovetail geometry:

  • prevents front separation
  • ensures precise alignment between modules
  • provides structural stability, even in extended configurations

The tolerances are optimized for a precise and stable fit on properly calibrated 3D printers.

šŸ‘‰ For best results, it is recommended to:

  • calibrate steps/mm
  • verify flow/extrusion settings
  • ensure proper first layer setup
  • use reliable print profiles

āš ļø Without proper calibration:

  • the fit may be too tight (difficult insertion)
  • or too loose (reduced stability)

  • The system is fully modular and reusable
  • The sliding motion should feel smooth but controlled
  • No glue or screws are required

For wall installations or larger assemblies, it is recommended to:

  • use at least one anchored module (e.g. fixed or light module)
  • distribute weight evenly across the structure
