Starlink Gen 3 Custom mount and Swivel bracket

This is a Custom Starlink Gen3 Bracket and Swivel mount for a Pole. the Pole size is 45mm wide and fits with about 1.5 mm space between. so may fit 46mm or 47mm but have not tested. So It does fit 45mm and will fit a smaller pole with longer 8mm bolts. the nut that fits inside is M8 nut size, that will need to be inserted ,before inserted on the pole . The M8 Bolts to clamp to the pole. Warning do Not over Tighten the bolts or it may damage the print. so Just tighten snug so nothing moves. please Note I used ASA filament @ 270 nozzle temp heat and the heat bed at 110 temp too. I used a enclosed printer. You could use PETG but a strongly Recommend ASA or better quality for outdoor environment . I printed using Supports with the base facing down on the print bed for both parts. I also used washers where I inserted the bolts and nut that connects the two parts. The print time are about 5 hours and 3 hours as the infill I used was about 60% . I hope this helps you, Also make sure that the tabs on the starlink bracket lock into place under the quare Antenna.
