• Internal Corner Reinforcement: The critical transition between the insertion plug and the outer collar features a calculated internal fillet radius. This massively reinforces the weak point where standard caps usually snap off when kicked or yanked.

• Impact & Yank Resistant: The optional seamless handle blends tangentially into the base, eliminating stress concentrations and ensuring it won't break off even if you pull it with force.

1. Main Body (Insertion Part):

• Pipe Inner Diameter: The exact diameter of your pipe's inner wall.
• Insertion Depth: How deep the plug goes into the pipe for a secure hold.
• Taper Height: The height of the bottom chamfer, making it easy to guide the plug into the pipe even in tight spaces.

2. Collar (Stop Ring):

• Collar Thickness: The straight vertical thickness of the stop ring preventing the plug from falling in.
• 45° Collar Chamfer: The bottom of the collar is angled at 45° to allow for support-free printing.

3. Hollow Interior (Material Saving & Strength):

• Wall Thickness: Defines how thick the outer walls are. Increase this for extreme heavy-duty applications.

4. Ergonomic Handle (Optional): You can choose a flat cap (no handle) or enable the seamless ergonomic handle.
