Description
These are barbell cups used to hold a standard barbell that is 28.5mm to 32mm thick. These install via M24 bolt or 1 Inch bolt. As bolt sizes vary between manufacturer, you may need to scale up or scale down to fit your hardware. As with anything that is used to store heavy objects overhead, use at your own risk!
