Tesla Cabin Air Cleaner

This tool is designed to work with (KOOL-IT™ Evaporator & Heater Foam Cleaner)

I designed this to work with my Model 3 Highland, but if the dimensions match your cabin air filter then it will work.

Hose goes through the corner and the small black tube will sit in the center hole and will not move. Make sure there are no bends in the hose before using this.

USE:

Pull both cabin air filters out

Insert nozzle side facing into the interior into the cabin filters location.

I start with the bottom first, use hand to hold it firmly against the cooling coil and spray half the bottle.

Move tool up to where the top filter would sit and then again hold firmly and spray the rest of the can through.

Pull tool out and wash off for next use

Put cover back on filter housing and let sit for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes turn the air on, no A/C just air at about strength 5 or 6 and let it go for about 10 minutes.

During this whole process you may see liquid pooling under the car, that is the KOOL-IT doing its job.

After the 10 minutes are up you can reinstall the cabin filters.

This really helps get rid of the MUSK'y smell that sometimes happens when you use cabin overheat protection or for any reason that condensation ends up pooling in the housing.
