Description

Spectra S2 Pump Organizer Attachment

(Should also fit S1, but not the S1/S2+ models, see note)

This is based off a design my wife sent me for an organizer she saw online, that I was having difficulties finding a reputable source for. So I decided to design and print it for her, which allowed me more control over the colours for her :)

The 2 cup holders have a diameter of 65, which is plenty of room for the provided bottles, however I have since been made aware some people change to a larger cup, I will add a 75mm version later if I see the need. The entire organizer has a snug fit, I don't see this being an issue for any machine, unless your dimensional accuracy is way off, however, the dovetail joint only has an 0.1mm offset around each side, 0.2mm total, if you think your printer might struggle with this, you can use the provided .STEP to adjust the offset another 0.05-0.1mm or so.

I will also upload a single colour version just for easy of printing.

Note:

The S1+ and S2+ have a new semi-circular cup holder, there are some other designs on there which seem to fit those, and I have considered using their provided measurements to offer that part to fit this organizer. I have included the STEP file for the part that goes into the machine. However, I molded this to the front to the machine, and I have no idea if the S1/2+ are the same dimensions, so if you do decide to make a modified adaptor for the + series, you might need to take that into account.

S2 Plus
I have added the print profile for the S2 Plus, remixed by BadMojo, thanks again mate.

Printed for my daughter in law, she has the S2 plus so I did some editing on the cup mount size, hanging tab length and angle and it fits spot on. Also, used PETG instead of PLA since she keeps it in the car sometimes. Used .16mm standard, 4 walls, and 15% gyroid infill. Unfortunately I didn't have the cool pink, so she got grey lol

Ahh this is perfect, I was hoping someone would do this as I only had other designs to go off, feel free to upload it as either a profile (Not sure if that is how this works) or as a remix, as I think that is the newer version of the pump so might help others :)

I tried to upload a remix, but it says "Standard Digital File License are not allowed."

the second plate keeps printing with spaghetti at the joint area so the flat part of the connector falls off, but the print finishes

figured it out! the movement of my print bed caused the part to fall and thus print spaghetti. by adding a brim and rotating the model 90 degrees it printed just fine.

Hey mate, glad you worked it out, my only other suggestion would have been to add a brim, as that part is fairly small, but all good :)
