NIO NOMI Halo Mount for Dasai Mochi 3
Print Profile(1)

Description
As we all know, NIO cars can be optionally equipped with an accessory called NOMI Mate, which makes people feel like they're not talking to thin air when giving commands. Given its optional price of up to 3,900 RMB, and since I don't mind talking to thin air, I ultimately chose NOMI Halo. It doesn't have a robot head but has the same voice functions.
Then, a while ago, I saw the Dasai Mochi 3 from Australia. This little toy provides interaction based on accelerometer sensors and is much cheaper than NOMI Mate, almost one-tenth of the price. So I bought one, and it's even a Liberty Walk collaboration edition.
However, it couldn't be fixed in a specific spot in the car, as it wasn't an accessory specifically designed for NIO cars. The Dasai Mochi 3 packaging came with two sets of Velcro, allowing it to be attached anywhere in the car with double-sided tape. After searching around, I found that the NOMI Halo position was indeed an excellent choice for placing the Dasai Mochi 3.
But I refuse to use double-sided tape in the car. Anyone who has dealt with double-sided tape residue knows that super glue is very difficult to clean off.
So, the final solution is this adapter.
It uses no glue or double-sided tape; the base is directly secured to the NOMI Halo via a snap-fit structure, and then four magnets connect the Dasai Mochi 3 to the base. The entire structure can be removed at any time, leaving no traces. It is recommended to detach it when parking outdoors, as sunlight can increase the temperature inside the car, which might affect 3D Printed parts.
