Swap Instructions:
Start with Ivory White
At layer #15 (1.36mm) swap to Black
At layer #18 (1.6mm) swap to Cobalt Blue
At layer #21 (1.84mm) swap to Red
At layer #27 (2.32mm) swap to Dark Blue
At layer #30 (2.56mm) swap to Gold for the rest.
