Description

“The probability of this model getting 100 downloads is 10003 to 1”

A relic of the Clone Wars, the T-Series Tactical Droid formed an integral part of the CIS droid army, analysing the battlefields and running the numbers in an effort to out manoeuvre the Grand Army of the Republic. Despite their confidence in their statistical analysis, many a T-Series fell victim to the Jedi, many of whom had developed a penchant for decapitating them.

Allegedly, these droid heads became highly sought after during the days of the Galactic Empire, either for the war time secrets that may still be locked within their circuits or maybe just as a curiosity… who knows.

This is a large model. In fact its probably close to what i imagine would be life size. A Large H series build plate or similar is required.

This profile is set up to use PLA/PETG support interfaces for those parts that require supports. This isn't necessarily required but gives nice clean results when you have two nozzles at your disposal.

There are two different base types, one that accommodates the name plate and one that doesn't.

The eagle eyed amongst you may notice there are clearly spaces inside the parts to accommodate electronics… Im still working on that part, but iv had to put it on a back burner for now so i thought i would just upload the model for now. I will post the details/BOM/code when i finalise it.

I appreciate this is a rather niche model that requires a fair bit of filament and is further limited to the higher end machines but i had a good time making it, and hope at least some people might also enjoy making one.
